Peggy Kovling

 

Peggy Kovling

Peggy Kovling credits her numerous years with Belden, a major cable manufacturer, for her extensive working knowledge of cable and her acumen with customer relations. Her dedication to the ACI customer is the backbone of the company’s success. With her focus on quality control systems, she addresses what she considers to be her customers’ chief concerns—accuracy, consistency and an order placement process that is as simple and painless as possible.

“I have worked for many good cable companies, but without fail, bad decisions were made at the expense of the customer. My past business experience allows ACI to bypass this detrimental learning curve. We can focus on offering the best products and unparalleled customer service.”

 

Rick Kovling

Rick Kovling

With a long, tested background in engineering and machine design, it’s no surprise that Rick Kovling has a head for designing mechanical things. In fact, he’s good at putting pen to paper on anything technical. So, soon after ACI opened for business, it became obvious the Rick was the man to pin down the details of day-to-day operations. At first he worked on ACI’s accounting after hours and on weekends. But the company grew fast, and before long Rick moved into the corner office full-time.

Rick’s chief concerns are competitive, fair pricing and mandating adequate lead times to ensure a quality product. “Demanding customers continue to want their products faster. I’ll go that extra mile to guarantee that all orders are shipped without defect and on time.” With strong scheduling and supervisory skills, his focus is on getting the job done, and done right the first time.

 

Cu Nguyen

Cu Nguyen

If you groan when asked to check your work twice, you can appreciate Cu Nguyen’s due diligence in leading the ACI production team to certify that every job had been tested and re-tested for perfection. Understanding the requirements of an ISO environment, his dedication motivates a hard working crew, whose working day may last from sun-up to sun-set. To his credit, most willingly offer to work weekends when the need arises.

Cu’s twenty-plus years of cable industry experience make him a knowledgeable teacher and trainer. He is widely respected for his up-front and honest demeanor. He mandates quality control on the floor and ensures that test results are packaged with every job. His customer loyalty has helped make ACI an industry success story with glowing accommodations.

Though Cu enjoys snaring a fish or two in his free-time, he rarely takes vacation. It’s plain to see, Cu doesn’t work to live, he lives to work. His drive and single-minded focus on the ACI customer’s satisfaction has made him one of the Company’s most treasured assets.

 

David Dyson

David Dyson

With a frank and to-the-point demeanor, David Dyson brings 25 years of Quality and Operations experience to the ACI team. Primarily working as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering and management, he is ISO and TQM certified, with additional training in Selective Plating, Auto Tech Service and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.

David¹s background in copper and fiber optic manufacturing includes standard products as well as custom designs and packaging. With a focus on process improvement, he is well versed on increasing production and maintaining quality. Through his product performance and reliability audits, he resolves any manufacturing failure with a corrective plan of action. His training in equipment selection and maintenance allows him to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.

He is credited for developing efficient training programs and leading various start-ups and fortune 500 companies to ISO certification. His background also includes reviewing supplier and vendor qualifications in US, European and Far East markets and developing procedures to strengthen vendor relations.

Filled with determination, David looks forward to the daily challenges and problem-solving opportunities he encounters. His ambitious goals for increased production of the highest quality blend well with the ACI model for success.

 

Misty Hosey

Misty Hosey

Misty has a versatile skill set with industry experience in Quality, Customer Service, Sales, Distribution and Training. Being a jack or “Jane” of all trades, she likes to understand the ins and outs of the full process which makes her well rounded, flexible and a valued employee at ACI.

She has traveled the world trouble shooting, auditing and training employees in various areas for each company she has worked for. Misty has a strong and well proven background in Quality Assurance. She has successfully helped certify a number of Fortune 500 companies in ISO 9001:2000. She has implemented and then maintained innovative practices and procedures. Her persistence and desire for high quality is demonstrated in the work she does. Her push to insure such quality is recognized and appreciated by all ACI customers and her fellow employees.

 

Va Chou

 

Va Chou

Before coming to ACI, Va has worked for K-Tec Electronics, Centennial Cable, Wallace Electronics, Premier Circuit Assembly, Assembly Solutions, and Probity Electronic. He plays many roles including preparing estimates for the sales department and performing quality control for the production department. He’s been doing estimation work for 12 years. He’s worked as a production supervisor as well as being a quality control supervisor. He’s been in this industry for over 20 years.

He’s lived in the Dallas – Fort Worth area for nearly 29 years. His interests include cars, movies and pick-up basketball games with friends.

 

Terrica Hunt

Terrica Arnold

Terrica Arnold has spent most of her career in corporate roles in distribution and manufacturing. Some previous homes were Rexel and Interstate Wire to name a few. She has held various positions throughout her career all of which makes her an essential asset for our company.

She states “This industry is constantly changing which makes it exciting to work in. I constantly run into people who know someone or have worked with someone in our industry. It is home to me.”

Born in Henderson, Texas and moved to the Dallas area thirty years ago. Her family still has the farm in East Texas where she grew up. She enjoys deer hunting and fishing with her children and grandchildren. Her son Chuck seems to have a little better luck with the deer, sporting three mounted on his wall all above 10 points. Her daughter Jessica is the fisherman in the family.

 

 

Frank Li

Frank Li

Frank brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the fiber optics and telecommunication industries. He has worked at Molex, Emerson Networks, Motorola and Huawei with positions in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality. Frank has a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.

Frank joined ACI as a production manager. He also uses his vast knowledge as a fiber optic engineer to determine costs and source materials for fiber optic product requests. Frank is a team player and is instrumental in new product development. He is dedicated to take ACI to a higher level of performance and to help ACI become a more efficient company. His goal is to help increase ACI’s value to our customers.

In his spare time, Frank enjoys playing and teaching his sons Mickey and Benjamin in the sport of table tennis. He teaches his son’s by example to embrace good sportsmanship, to enjoy competing and to be a benefit to their community.

 

 

Frank Li

Tino Figueroa

Tino Figueroa has great passion for his work and family. With 20 years of experience in fiber optics, copper cable and aerospace manufacturing he pours passion into the quality of Accurate Connections products, customers and employees. He began his career in telecommunications terminating fiber optic connectors for Rosenberger North America, which is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world.

Over the years at Rosenberger, Tino gained 13 years of production and operations experience. After gaining that experience, he moved into a quality role and built a 7-year career in quality control and quality assurance.
One of his biggest achievements in his career took place in 2016. Tino was instrumental in taking his previous company from ISO 9001 certification to a successful transition into AS9100 Revision C certification in just 8 months. In 2018 he then led the same company in obtaining their AS9100 Revision D certification.

Born and raised in Plano, Texas Tino grew up playing football and baseball well into his late teenage years. Two sports that he continues to enjoy today. However, Tino’s biggest passion is family. He cherishes every moment he shares with his family. Most notably with his two daughters Selena and Carina and his son Tino III. They enjoy time spent outdoors and taking trips to the beach as well as cheering on the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.

 

 

Paula Noll

With a can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done, Paula brings over 15 years of experience to the Accurate Connections Team. She is currently the operations manager, inspiring leadership and good morale for ACI.

Paula’s career started in the 2000’s at ADC Telecommunication Inc. where she was an associate project manager in research and development for telecommunication hardware and software. In 2001, she was trained to be an internal auditor for ISO 9001 ensuring compliance of standards & regulations, and customer requirements. Building from this base, she became Vice President for Service Electric Supply Inc. learning every aspect of a manufacturing operation for 15 years.

Paula’s drive is her family, she has five kids, one grandbaby, and spends her weekends enjoying the company of loved ones.
